Richard Cusson
Richard has worked in the smartcard industry since 1987, starting with Groupe Bull, a French pioneer in the field. He served as International Sales Director for Bull CP8 in Paris (1992–1995) and later as General Manager for Bull’s South-East Asian operations in Malaysia (1996–1999). In 1999, he joined Keycorp in Australia as a founding member and General Manager of its new smartcard division. Following Gemalto’s acquisition of the division in 2008, Multos International was formed. After a few years in China (2011–2013), Richard returned to Montreal, where he now leads Multos International and its associated companies. He is a graduate of HEC Montréal.
Andrea Vuletic
Andrea began her career in the smartcard industry in 1994, establishing and leading the development team behind Australia’s first SIM card. She has since held roles in team leadership, project management, and R&D, gaining extensive experience across a wide range of smartcard projects. Today, she leads the MULTOS Technical Services team, providing consultancy and technical support to customers worldwide on banking and identity implementations. Andrea holds Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from the University of Zagreb.
Graeme Bradford
Graeme joined the organisation in 1997 and has held a range of roles across engineering, project management, product management, and regional leadership in the US and Latin America. Now VP of Marketing, he brings over 20 years of experience in payments and telecoms, with deep expertise in transaction systems, smartcard technologies, and major global EMV and identity projects. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Engineering and IT from QUT, and an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland.
Laurence Sterling
Laurence joined the MULTOS development team in 1997, playing a key role in Keycorp’s first implementation of the platform. With deep expertise in secure software and product certification, he has led numerous development projects and security evaluations. Today, Laurence oversees the continued development and management of the MULTOS product portfolio. He holds a Computer Science degree from the University of Canberra.
Michael Crawford
Michael began working with smartcards in 1996, holding a range of engineering and operations roles before taking on his current position leading supply chain and operations at Multos International. He previously worked in electronics manufacturing as a process and manufacturing engineer. Michael holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, a Master of Commerce, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of New South Wales.
